On 7 September 2026, iBidan was honoured to meet with Puan Siti Faridah binti Abdul Samad, Chief Executive Officer of Wanita Berdaya Selangor (WBS), together with the WBS leadership and team for a strategic discussion on strengthening Pregnancy & Postpartum Care within the growing Care Economy.
During the session, iBidan shared its experience in building a more structured and sustainable maternal care ecosystem — connecting professional care, skills development, digitalisation and sustainable income opportunities for the Bidan workforce.
The discussion also explored potential areas of strategic collaboration between WBS and iBidan in Selangor, including skills development for care practitioners and expanding access to quality maternal care for women.
